Rob Carnaroli serves as vice president of Sales for Sutter Health Plus and is responsible for new business development and account retention for all commercial health plan members. Rob was an integral part of establishing the health plan dating back to its launch in 2014, and under Rob’s leadership, Sutter Health Plus is recognized as being the fastest growing health plan in Northern California. Prior to Sutter Health, Rob served as Health Net’s Western Regional director of major accounts for Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.

Since his start in the employee benefits industry in 1993, Rob has served over two decades in several leadership, management and producing roles at Centene/Health Net. His work with a wide range of employers includes Fortune 500 companies, CalPERS, school districts, municipalities, retirees, union organizations and private healthcare exchanges.
